In the organizational behavior, the process of making logically sound decision is called the rational decision-making model. This model has multiple steps which start from the identification of problem and ends with having the best solution. First is the definition of problems or the goals. Next is, the decision criteria will be identified. Third is to allocate weights to the criteria. Next step will be to develop the alternatives. These alternatives will then be evaluated. Lastly, one must select the best alternative. Through these steps, an individual will be able to come up with fact- based decision for he/ she used analysis, facts and step-by-step process to come up with a decision.</span>
