If tom is driving 200 miles in 4 hours... and drives the first 32 miles in half an hour... his speed for the rest of the trip would most likely be 48 mph because 3.5 hours are left and 168 miles are left and when you divide that it comes out to 48.

Is a 118 supplementary or complementary?pls ASAP!!
Alchen [17]

Answer:

\huge\boxed{Supplementary \ Angle}

Step-by-step explanation:

118 is a supplementary angle. It is not a complementary angle because complementary angles add up to 90 and 118 is greater than 90 degrees. So, 118 is a supplementary angle and it is an angle adding up to 180 degrees with any other angle measuring 62 degrees.

Which formula can be used to describe the sequence <br> -3, 3/5, -3/25, 3/125, -3/625
maks197457 [2]

Answer:

a(n) = -3(-1/5)^(n - 1)

Step-by-step explanation:

From the first term, -3, we get the second term, 3/5, by multiplying -3 by -1/5.

Thus, the common ratio is -1/5.

The general formula in this case is a(n)=(first term)(common ratio)^(n - 1), or

a(n) = -3(-1/5)^(n - 1)

The correct answers are: B, and D.

Reason:

B.
18 / 4.5 = 4
6 / 1.5 = 4

D.
40 / 8 = 5
15 / 3 = 5

Since they both equal the same, they would be similar polygons for the rectangles.

Hope this helps!
