a) once upon a time in the outskirts of a city lived an illiterate boy. without the light of knowledge and education he felt like a rudderless ship in the dark waters. he on his livelihood by working as labourer; at time he also did thiefing over the years had become quit a good hand at pickpocketing. one day he was caught red handed by a cops; he picked the pocket of a disguised cop. since the cop had caught him red handed, the evidence against him was sufficient. he was sent to juvenile prison and he had to work quite hard doing chores. he was also forced to do lessons. hard, monotonous life made him quite sullen and rebellious. he just wanted to run away from the prison. during long lonely hours, he reflected over the past of his life andhe realised his mistake of not educating himself. there came a change in his attitude one day as he was watching a French comic movie during the recreational hour, he felt greatly relieved of the stress he resolved he would learn French language he requested the prison authorities to allow him to learn the French language the authorities complied with his request. a French teacher was arranged he learnt French with curiositytourist guide for people who spoke French.

b) it was a normal day and I was utilising the holiday by reading a book of my favourite detective Sherlock Holmes in the garden. suddenly I heard a thud! when I turned around i realised the man shabby rags has just threw a bag in a garden. he looked around fearfully and run away. I called out to him but he pretended he had not heard me. I called my parents immediately as the Bag looked suspicious. we all remember The warning issued by the authorities to never claim abandon objects. the police was informed and they arrived promptly. the bomb squad was called by the police arrived with sniffer dogs and modern gadgets after an hour of testing it was declared that the back did not have any explosive material. all the commotion had brought out all the neighbours and soon there was a crowd outside our house. I was curious to know what was inside the bag. if it was not a bomb then perhaps it had antiques, jewels, or cash. the police finally opened the bag, only to find a bundle of old, used clothes stuffed into it. I thought "oh, what a letdown for such an amazing day"! to this day, the identity of the shabby man and his reason for throwing his bag into out garden remains a mystery.
