Daniel's prophetic ministry in Babylon:
SIZIF [17.4K]

Answer:

d. all of the above

Explanation:

Daniel's prophetic ministry in Babylon: was unique among the prophets of God, because, it appeared to be primarily to the Gentiles. It was also during "the times of the Gentiles"and as well both to Gentile captors and to Jewish captives

The Book of Daniel is a unique book amongst its counterparts in Old Testament. In it, Daniel's prophecy served as enlightenment for the "Times of the Gentile" before the full redemption of God's people Israel. Luke (21:24)

Unlike all other Old Testament prophets that served the nation of Israel by prophesying its divine judgment and future restoration. Daniel's prophecy however, focused on God's divine plan of redemption for the Gentile nations upon the earth.

Hence, his prophecy deals with the period from the destruction of Jerusalem (586 B.C.) until the Second Coming of Christ, a period termed by Jesus Christ himself as the "Times of the Gentiles."

Hence, basically, the book of Daniel shows a chronological outline of the prophetic history of the Times of the Gentiles, which serves as insight to many other prophetic passages in the Scriptures most especially, the New Testament Church.

In his attempt, the book of Daniel, revealed the formation of four Gentile kingdoms: which are

1. The Chaldean,

2. The Persian,

3. The Greek,

4. The Roman Empires, and their revolutions ( Daniel 2:31-45).

It also serves the following purposes:

1. It talks about the coming of Messiah ( Daniel 9:24-27),

2. It talks about Messiah's kingdom ( Daniel 2:35; Daniel 2:44),

3. It touches the coming of an antichrist and as well the period of Tribulation( Daniel 12:1; Daniel 12:10-12),

4. It made mentions on how the saints will rule and reign with Messiah ( Daniel 7:22; Daniel 7:27),

5. It touches the Resurrection occurence, and The Great White Throne Judgment ( Daniel 12:2),

6. It also mention eternity in Heaven ( Daniel 12:3).

In all, Daniel's prophecies serves as the guiding touch of the Old Testament Scriptures to pave the way for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ into this world.

Read this amendment and answer the question that follows:
Dennis_Churaev [7]

Answer:

It stopped states from preventing former slaves and poor people from voting.

Explanation:

The Twenty-fourth Amendment made it possible for all people to vote without prohibitions based on prejudices and intolerance. The biggest advance was that no one could stop former slaves and poor people who could not pay taxes to vote.

This Amendment stated that everyone had the same right when it comes to voting. As seen in the quote, the voting right is before any else and all citizens must have it. This shall not be depended on any reasons, including not paying taxes. With this, all people who could not for various reasons and circumstances, pay taxes properly beforehand, had the secured right of voting.
