Answer:

Dividing up scare resources refers to resource by scare resources that are used to produce scarce goods. Like the more general society-wide condition of scarcity, a given resource is scarce because it has a limited availability in combination with a greater (potentially unlimited) productive use. It's both of these that make it scarce.

Explanation:

Resource is also referred to a stock of supply with money, materials, staff, and other assets that can be drawn on by a person or organization in order to function effectively.

In your opinion, what is the most pressing ethical concern related to using the DSM-5 as a diagnostic tool.
Vadim26 [7]

Answer:

DSM-5 is a diagnostic tool which manually assess the mental health of a person without providing any information for curing the problem or even maintaining it. This manual tool does not even properly diagnose the illness. For every cure, a diagnosis is a must.

The most ethical concern would be that  a person is exposed to this tool in hopes of getting a diagnosis and rather the person ends up with nothing significant that can take him towards the healing procedure.
