It depends on what the bully does. If he/she punches you then hit back. You would get in trouble for that but I'd rather get in trouble than get beat up all the time. If he/she hurts you with words, just ignore them. If they really do get on your nerves then respond back but don't start an arguement because you'll get mad and that's exactly what they want.

There are numerous things you could do to AVOID bullying. One way is to find ways to avoid them in the first place. Figure out where they may be and avoid them always. Unless avoidable then attempt finding a friend group to walk around with, this will make the bullies less enticed to do something when a crowd of people surround you. If all else fails, consult an adult to help you with the situation, may it be your parents, teacher, disciplinarian, or principal.

Why does the heart automatically adjust the flow of blood to match activity levels? A. Extreme activity damages blood cells and
Mekhanik [1.2K]
Option C. It builds up a higher level of oxygen in the blood.

At rest, the heart pumps out about 5,000mL/min of blood. This is called the cardiac output. One can say that, at rest, the total systemic blood flow throughout the body is about 5L/min. At the extreme level of activity the heart pumps much harder and faster and is usually able to quintuple its output to about 25L/min of blood flow. This amount applies to the right side of the heart, which pumps blood to the lungs so it can pick up oxygen and drop off Carbon dioxide, and the left side of the heart that pumps it to the rest of the organs and tissues of the body.
