Identify the correct statement about bond formation between atoms:Required to answer. Single choice.
11111nata11111 [884]

Answer:

It decreases the energy and increases stability

Explanation:

When atoms come together, they chemically bond together to form molecules and compounds. The atoms form bonds by either sharing their valence electrons (covalent) or via the ionic charges of each atom.

The formation of bonds between atoms strengthen the molecule formed. This bond formation DECREASES THE ENERGY due to energy loss during the process but INCREASES THE STABILITY of the molecule. This means that atoms in a bond are MORE STABLE than single/individual atoms. However, bonds with higher orders are more stable than that with lower orders.

Selective breeding, however, gives variations in the kind of offsprings produced hence the biotechnologist can pick the best suited for a particular environment. The later process is, therefore, cheaper and efficient that the former</span>

max2010maxim [7]

Nutritional genomics is the study of how a person's genes interact with nutrients. Nutritional genomics studies the interaction between human genome, nutrition and health.. The interaction may be nutrigenetic which is the science of how the individual’s genes influence the body's response to diet and nutrition and the interaction may be nutrigenomics which is the science of how nutrients affect the activities of genes (genome, proteome, and metabolome).
