I disagree that war is the highest form of patriotism because of multiple reasons the first is that dissent is the highest form of patriosm meaning that war cant be the highest form of atrionism also because there are higher forms of patriotism than war. Another factor we have to take into consideration is that "Dissent is the highest form of patriotism" was often atributed to Thomas Jefferson there is also no evedince that he did say or write it but it was often atributted to thomas Jefferson. Another reason I disagree is because there has often been no atributed phrase that war was the highest form of patriotism. Some more reasons I disagree are because after I reasearched about it a little I found out that most people think that war is the highest form of patriotism but the are highly mistaken because it is Dissent that is.
