At the end of the Civil War, the communication system that the
railroad used to coordinate their complex flow of rail cars is through the
telegraph. This is used for transmitting messages with the use of a wire in
which is a way of making signals in means of breaking and making an electrical
connection.
The Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965 and the Fair Housing Act of 1968 were both aimed at "<span>c. improving housing and living conditions in cities," since during this time many housing complexes were very dangerous, and oftentimes segregated. </span>
