Pour acetone and antkiller into the river. Rent a pickup truck, recruit a few of your friends using pizza, put on some latex gloves and take trash bags out of dumpsters. What actions did democratic governments take during the war that many citizens would probably reject in peace time?
kramer
Several Governments limited civil and individuals rights such as freedom of press and speech.
The US specifically created internment camps for Japanese and Japanese descent citizens and subjected them to detention and seizure of property without due process.
It is also against war morality principles to bomb civilians as it happened with the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

How did Socrates see his role
joja [24]

He proudly believed that he could eradicate evil and that an example of virtue could allow his disciple to apply it himself: I have, as far as I'm concerned, no knowledge that I could impart and could serve that man. However, I believed that by living with him, I could make him better.

Explanation:

  • Socrates, though not attaching great importance to his work, made philosophy a true science and model of living, and made philosophy a practical knowledge.
  • He emphasized the importance of continuous learning, beginning with the application of knowledge that is constantly being improved.
  • He fought against intellectualism as a sterile act, as a Utopian activity. Socrates' philosophy is a philosophy of morality - he established ethics.
