Contestants must draw ONE card and spin the spinner ONCE. Only option C has every variation possible of spinning once and drawing one card.
Option A does not have all of the variations, and options B and D have options like Boat/Boat or $250/$250. Those don't work because you must have both ONE card and ONE dollar amount from the spinner.
