I think Bullies should be legally responsible for their actions. Bullying can affect someone in extreme ways, you can cause depression which then leads to even more things like other mental illnesses.

There is no reason to be a bully, everyone just needs to try and treat people how they want to be treated. Imagine if you were the one being bullied and how it would feel. Nobody wants to be put down with negative thoughts and emotions.

Bullying has a huge effect on people. It is a very bad thing to do, and you wouldn’t want to be responsible if something you said led to a worse situation. Imagine if you were a bully to someone and it made him go to extreme levels of self harm. In this case yes bully should be legally responsible for their actions.
