You must first know the text and then find the evidence. Revise the outline, and select the limits. This will give you an organized prewrite to start the essay. But you must still have a direction, so you will need to write the thesis statement. Lastly, you should then write the essay. Some may say to write the thesis before the outline, so you have a direction for the outline. This is not a good process.

people might declare otherwise, I personally believe that there is no other way
to stop the criminals from their acts and applying the death penalty is
indispensible.
