For this assignment, you have options. Your essay should be first person, but you may choose to discuss and emphasize a variety

of topics. By this, you may choose to write the paper however you see fit. But, your goal is relatively straightforward. Your essay should do two things
1) Offer a definition of literature. Explain what literature is, what it looks like (literally or figuratively).

2). Explain what literature does. Why do we consume literature? Why should we? What is the point of literature?

Read the passage from "Husky—Wolf Dog of the North."
sergey [27]

The information that can be inferred from the passage is this:

C.The men charged more to transport bacon because they knew the huskies would need to run fast to deliver it before it spoiled.

What is an inference?

An inference is a point that is drawn from the reading of a text. Although it is not stated in detail, the descriptions support the conclusion reached. In this text above, the point that we get is that the men who freighted the seas charged more for each pound of bacon and the reason for this must have been because of the efforts they needed to make to keep the bacon in good condition.

This is why the text also mentioned that they still recorded a loss despite their best efforts. So, the task given to them was not an easy one. In business, people have to charge more to deliver a service that is free from issues and this is what the men tried to achieve.

Select an important issue and write an essay that argues your viewpoint. Support your claim with reasons and evidence.
svetoff [14.1K]

Answer:

I disagree with the statement of not letting children or young adults until a certain age.

If you go around schools asking students what they use social media for, there will most likely be a lot of answers such as “ To mess around when I get bored.” but sometimes children or young adults will say “ To keep in contact with friends or family when I don’t have their phone number.”

There are many reasons to be only social media some good and some bad but if you think about what would everything be like without it. Yes, there most likely would be fewer students on their phones during class. But I’d there was no social media people wouldn’t be able to contact friends that
