Volunteer to plant some flowers at a Veterans cemetery, Memorial Day was actually once called "Decoration Day" laying flowers next to the fallen are a great way to show respect and honor for the people who saved us.

Or, Fly the American flag using the "mourning etiquette" which is basically fly the flag from sunrise until noon and do it again to the peak after noon
