  • They could not provide housing which they over charged them for.
  • They could not provide housing that only the rats and mice felt comfortable living in.
  • They could not have working conditions what were essentially unsafe by any standard.
  • They could not have children working in the mines.

It is only right that owners treat labor with respect and dignity. Those are words employed by morality.
