White blood cells form part of the body's immune system, they are mostly formed by Neutrophils and Lymphocytes. White blood cells have access to most parts of the body since they're located in our blood, which flows throughout the body, and if there is any need they can pass through our blood vessels and migrate into specific tissues within our body.
The number of offspring produced is often related to the amount of parental care. Typically, the higher fecundity, the lower the amount of time parents devote to caring for the offspring.
