The dimensions of the matrix are 3 by 3 i.e. 3 x 3, and the indicated element a₂₃ is -7

The dimension of the matrix?

From the figure in the question, we have the following highlights:

 • The matrix has 3 rows
 • The matrix has 3 columns

The dimensions of a matrix are represented by: Row by column

Hence, the dimensions of the matrix are 3 by 3

The indicated element

This is given as:

a₂₃

This means that the element is located at the second row and the third column.

The element at this position is -7

Data obtained from a nominal scale: A. must be alphabetic B. can be either numeric or nonnumeric C. must be numeric D. must rank
cupoosta [38]

Answer:

Option B

Step-by-step explanation:

The data constitutes nominal scale of measurement when the observations can be classified into groups. For example, students are classified into groups on the basis of eye color. The numerical values can also be use in nominal scale for grouping. For example, the students can be categorize into 1,2 and 3 if they have brown, black and green eye color. But they have no numerical significance. Thus, data obtained from a nominal scale can be either numeric or non-numeric.

You can still check the solution in the first guy's comment section

d=vt will represent the Motion of Both persons

for Karen

d=59t

for Ricardo

d=65t

They're both 279miles away from each other

Meaning

Dk + Dr = 279

59t + 65t = 279

124t=279

t=279/124

t= 2.25hrs.

You can change to seconds if thats how the answer waa presented.
