Answer:

They could be friends. Depending on the person / people, they could become really good friends. Of course, if the poor person gets jealous easily or if the rich person is too snobby, it may not work. Despite their differences, they are still people. They, of course, will have very different backgrounds. For example, I was once friends with a "rich" person before. I, myself, have come from a very low place but the person was very kind to me, despite my background. We would have playdates, sleepovers, etc. Although I felt as if they pitied me, they never showed it. I don't know if it was because they didn't want to be mean, or if they just generally saw me as a normal person, such as their self and I think that can show how people of different social classes can be very good friends.

What primary tool did Rodriguez use to support his claims?
denis23 [38]

Hello. Unfortunately it is not possible to answer your question, because you did not submit the text it refers to, however, I will try to help you as best I can.

The tools used in a text to support the information presented by the author are called textual evidence. This evidence aims to show that the author's statements are true, presenting facts that justify the statements presented.

In that case, to find out what kind of evidence Rodriguez used to support the claims in his text, you should read the text and pay attention to the following elements:

1. If Rodrigues justifies his statement, with a short story that has an ironic and playful tone, it is because he used an anecdote.

2. If he justified the statements by presenting graphs, rankings, numbers and mathematical elements, it is because he used statistics.

3. If he used the opinion of someone who is an expert in the subject he is presenting, it is because he used the testimony of an expert.

Answer:

Explanation: "Man vs Nature" conflict is an indispensable element of all the genres of literary writing and even in our real life. However, the sources of the conflict keeps varying from text to text. The setting of this conflict in the literary works are often cited as the battle between the two. In the beginning the <em>relentless pursuit of power and agony by the characters make them forget that "nature always fights back" and shows its resistance as it acts a force marring the humans from attempting misdeeds.</em>Then towards the end, there is a confrontation of the character and the nature for their certain hostile actions and later overcoming from the disastrous consequences of the battle in order to restore the world.  Some of the classic illustrations of this conflict are <em>"The Fault in the stars",</em> <em>"Scarlet Ibis", "Lord of the flies", "Doctor Faustus", </em>etc. In these works, the nature is shown as the supreme and extreme force retaliating the dangers caused by hostility of the characters and make them bear the effects of these actions and at last restore it for bringing peace to their world.
