To the nearest hundredth of a centimeter, what is the length of the leg of a triangle with 45-degree angle and 84.6?
mart [117]
If you could show a diagram of some sort, or explain it, it would help but from how i understand it:

you can use either the Sin() Tan() or Cos() function. for example:

Sin(45)= The side opposite to the angle/ the hypotenuse

Cos(45)= side Adjacent to the angle/ the hypotenuse

Tan(45)= Opposite side to the angle/ side adjacent to the angle

Look at which side you need to find, and fill in the 84.6 where you need to. If you need hep with that please tell me. :)

Under a dilation, are the pre-image and the image always,
sometimes, or never congruent?
DerKrebs [107]

Answer:

Never congruent

Step-by-step explanation:

A dilation is a transformation that makes an image that is thr same shape as the original, but a DIFFERENT SIZE.

Congruent shapes means they both have the same shape AND size.

So a dilation of the new image/shape can NEVER have the same shape AND size with the original.

Please hurry I will mark you brainliest

What is the slope of this?
Sedbober [7]

Answer:

-3/2

Step-by-step explanation:

the slope of a line is expressed as ratio y/x showing how many units y changes, when x changes a certain number of units.

so, going from A to B, x changes 4 units (from -3 to +1), and y changes 6 units (down, from +3 to -3). that makes the y change negative.

so, the slope is

-6/4 = -3/2

Someone please explain I am so confused
Arisa [49]

Answer:

0, 6

Step-by-step explanation:

No matter whatever the number x is, (4/5)^x will not be below 0. You can put (4/5)^x>0. since g(x) has a +6, the first will be 0 and the second would be 6
