Solution:

From the given graph it is clear that an arrow approaches towards left from x=-2 and there is an open circle at x=-2.

It means all the values less than -2 are included in the solution set but x=-2  is not included.

x                  ...(i)

An arrow approaches towards right from x=4 and there is a closed circle at x=4.

It means all the values greater than of equal to 4 are included in the solution set and x=4 is also included.

x\geq 4     ...(ii)

Using (i) and (ii), we get the compound inequality.

x or x\geq 4

Therefore, the correct option is C.
