Try and eat dry foods in smaller portions starting out, and as you feel better increase portion size and bring richer foods into your diet. Introduce a diet called the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, dry toast) to start with, because they are easily digestible, bland foods. When you are drinking, take small sips. Start with a sip every hour, and the more often you keep them down you can drink more frequently and maybe drink more, but if you throw up you must restart with small sips hourly. I have a phobia of vomit, so any questions on prevention I can answer.
Comment on this and I will add ED recovery tips later, I have to leave class.
I know it may be hard but try talking to a therapist and talk to your friends. you can see what foods you like the most. keep in mind food keeps you alive without it you cant live. try different types of foods maybe eating the same foods gives you ptsd. try eating while you are with someone. watch videos of people eating they make it easier to eat because it’s like your not alone.
Answer - Put the Victim on the position of his back and make sure he/she does not move.
Reasoning - Reasoning why the victim probably has to be on his back and reduce movement is because you do not want any internal organs be damage or further cause problems to the victim.
