Answer: I wasn't sure how long you wanted it to be but I would choose to live in the Maurya empire because the Maurya empire was ruled by powerful emperors who formed a complex bureaucracy, imposed high taxes, and exerted direct control over the villages within its borders.

Mauryan empire, the mutual empire was bigger and better. The mauryan empire had a detailed bureaucracy.
