Explanation:

Indeed, Al Khwarizmi (Muḥammad ibn Mūsā al-Khwārizmī) works on mathematics has impacted our understanding of mathematics today.

For example, Al Khwarizmi has been attributed as the founder of algebra, an interesting branch of mathematics. That is to say, if not for his works on algebra, we may not have had proper knowledge about solving equations (quadratic equations).

One of his interesting quote that reflects our modern understanding of mathematics is,

<em>"When I consider what people generally want in calculating, I found that it always is a number. I also observed that every number is composed of units, and that any number may be divided into units. Moreover, I found that every number which may be expressed from one to ten, surpasses the preceding by one unit: afterwards the ten is doubled or tripled just as before the units were: thus arise twenty, thirty, etc. until a hundred: then the hundred is doubled and tripled in the same manner as the units and the tens, up to a thousand;… so forth to the utmost limit of numeration."</em>

Why did settlers decide to establish Olympia where they did? They thought the land was good for farming. They could trade with A
satela [25.4K]

The Lushootseed people lived for milenia, where Olympia was then located. This because of how good this area was for fishing.

When the new-comers arrived, the great fishing was also one of the atractives they saw in this area. Another thing that attracted them was the possiblity to eventually use the Tumwater Falls as a source of energy (water-power)

But the main reason why this area was chosen was the great location it had, north to important trade routes. It allowed for great water access movility on a regional level all across Puget Sound and beyond. It is important to mention the importance water transportation had in those times since it was easier.

<em>"They found water access to Puget Sound"</em><em>  </em>This is the corect answer

Mrac [35]

In 1996 Gregory Stanton, the founding president of Genocide Watch, presented a briefing paper called "The 8 Stages of Genocide" at the United States Department of State. In it he suggested that genocide develops in eight stages that are "predictable but not inexorable". In 2012, Stanton added two additional stages, Discrimination and Persecution, to his model, which resulted in a 10-stage model of genocide. The stages are not linear, and usually several occur simultaneously. Stanton's model is a logical model for analyzing the processes of genocide, and for determining preventive measures that might be taken to combat or stop each process. As the things we could do, are: 1. protect our natural, so those things can live in a safe environment. 2. when we saw someone trying to kill or sale or use those animals as pets, we need call the police, or ask them to stop. 3. we need stop use those fur clothes that made by animal's furs. So that, the community will be better and we can have a better natural and a better world.
