Transitions words are: On the Similarity, Furthermore, In fact, In addition, For example, Specifically, On the Difference, However, In contrast, On the other hand, Although, Compared to, Last or not least Conclusion, Therefore, As a result, To summarize, Finally, and In conclusion.

Transitions can be words or phrases that introduce new ideas or connect existing points to additional one.

For example:
I like French Fries because they are delicious. FURTHERMORE, they go great with hamburgers.

And another:
Dogs are the best pets in the universe. HOWEVER, cats can be great pets, too.

Some transition words are:
