If you're an addict who's admitted to their program, they will encourage you to follow a set of activities:

- Providing anonymous sessions when the addicts can gather together to share similar experience. Their story often make them felt encouraged by each other and increase their motivation for their recovery,.

- Providing education regarding recovery technique along with additional medication  that can be used to handle that addiction
