Answer:

They were pushed out.

Explanation:

The Gold Rush in California started in 1849. This led to about (300,000) three hundred thousands Americans moving to California during this period.

However, before the influx of the gold seekers, about 150,000 native Americans are living in the area, and by the end of the gold rush period, many of the 120,000 Native Americans were dead, some as a result of diseases, lack of food, deliberate murder, and forced servitude.

In the end, only a few of about 30,000 native Americans were left, most of them were pushed out to reservations, far away from their homelands.

The following is true about divorce: Question 10 options: Divorce rates are higher for those having a long engagement. People wh
Licemer1 [7]

The correct answer is Divorce occurs more frequently at the lower socioeconomic levels.

Divorce is the action and effect of divorcing (dissolving a marriage legally, separating or separating people or things that were together).

Most western countries consider marriage to be a union between two people with legal, social and cultural recognition. Its objective is to offer a scope of mutual protection and of the offspring of the two people, who have rights and obligations for this union.

Divorce, therefore, is the legal or religious dissolution of marriage by agreement between both parties or by the violation of any of the rights or obligations of marriage. Legislation usually protects children born during the dissolved bond as well as women.

When the law or religion does not allow divorce, the separation occurs, with no other remedy than the dissolution of the relationship and the removal of the couple.

Divorced people used to be socially condemned, as the belief in marriage for life was very strong. In recent decades, however, this concept has changed and now divorce is accepted as a natural situation for relationships that have not worked.

Dmitry_Shevchenko [17]

Answer:

A) Two dependent samples

Explanation:

According to a different source, these are the options that come with this question:

A) Two dependent samples

B) Two independent samples

Inference for these data will be based on the use of two dependent samples. Dependent samples are those in which each score in one sample is paired with a score in the other sample. This means that the samples are related to each other, or depend on each other. In this case, the sample taken at the beginning of the term is dependent on the sample tested at the end of the term, as the professor is testing the same group of students.
