I lie to myself often when I say I'll do something but then I never do it.

Some times I will lie to myself.

Ill lie to myself about my ability to draw and preform paint. But when I feel negative, I try to convience my brain that im not the failure I think I am in that time. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Lying to urself is self deception. You make yourself believe something you know isnt true, but you nake yourself believe you are what you think.
