The United States should have declared a war because it is still affecting our lives today we lost many black America lives and we should not suffer for that we have been enslaved by the white people. If we didn't have a war we will not be alive today. Many white people think we should be not be alive. They hate us. People died, got injured and more things. They look at us just by our skin type. If we did not have that war image what we will be in the future.

If they were close up you (only a few feet away) you wouldnt use that type of weapon, its jsut common sense. You would have to be some distance away to have to use that weapon.
