Answer:  110 + 40x \leq 660

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, x represents the number of lawns he mows in his neighborhood,

Since, He takes 110 minutes in working with his grandfather.

And, after this he mows in his neighborhood,

Also,  Each lawn in his neighborhood takes an average of 40 minutes to mow,

Thus, the total time taken by him = 110 + 40 x

Aiden has no more than 11 hours, or 660 minutes,

Thus time taken by him can not be exceed to 660 minutes,

Therefore, 110 + 40x \leq 660

Which is the required inequality.

Explain how knowing that 5÷8=0.625 helps you write the decimal for 4 5/8
bonufazy [111]
When you trying to write the decimal value of 4 5/8 then you will get 4+ 5/8. If you know how much 5/8 value in decimal form then you don't need to divide 5 with 8. You just need to convert it separately, make it become 4+0.625 = 4.625.

Since you are skipping a stage it definitely helps and making you write the decimal faster.

Ghella [55]

10-\frac{3x-1}{2} =\frac{6x+3}{11}

10 = \frac{6x+3}{11} + \frac{3x-1}{2}

10 = (\frac{6x+3}{11} \times  \frac{2}{2} ) + (\frac{3x-1}{2} \times  \frac{11}{11} )

10 = ( \frac{2(6x + 3)}{22} ) + ( \frac{11(3x - 1)}{22} )

10 =  \frac{12x + 6}{22}  +  \frac{33x - 11}{22}

10 =  \frac{12x + 6 + 33x  - 11}{22}

10 =  \frac{(12 x + 33x) + (6 - 11)}{22}

10 =  \frac{45x - 5}{22}

10 \times 22 = 45x - 5

220 = 45x - 5

220 + 5 = 45x

225 = 45x

\frac{225}{45}  = x

\frac{45}{9}  = x

5 = x

I need help on this question
Doss [256]
Hi,
Following the rules of PEMDAS you first subtract in the parentheses.
(5-2)=3
Then multiply the parentheses.
(3)(-6)=-18
Solve the exponent.
-4^2=16
Then you add -18 and 16 to get -2.
So the answer is B.-2.
I hope this helps.
