No, not all psychopaths are narcissistic.
A narcissistic psychopath is commonly called a malignant narcissist.
In psychopathy it is the lack of brain structure. In narcissism, it is to be able to service the ego’s needs. Both narcissists and psychopaths share a lack of empathy, however, the causes are very different.
