There is no law that prohibits the use of flags, whether offensive or not. However, there are social rules that repress the use of flags that can trigger discriminatory triggers in other people. It is important to consider that these rules are applied to situations where the flag generates discrimination, intolerance and prejudice against a specific person or group of people. For example, it is incorrect for a person to use flags with the symbol of his Nazi philosophy, as this is a discriminatory symbol for many groups of people. However, flags related to sexuality, sports and religions are not considered discriminatory and therefore can be used.
