As per my views are conserned, my three strengths are calmness, curiosity and kindness. Calmness helps me in thinking rationally whenever I am in trouble. I developed this strength recently after a lot of mental exercise, before that I used to become angry and frustrated whenever I was in a trouble and would do something or say something that I would regret after sometime. My curiosity increases my knowledge. It develops a hunger for knowing more and more knowledge is always helpful. My kindness helps me in doing good things for people in need and they help me too when I need them.
My weakness is that I think things from multiple perspectives. Others may consider it a strength, I also think that it is a strength if we are looking at the broader view, but for short term it is not. It delays my decision and does not let me decide what should I do and whether what I am doing is right or wrong. For overcoming this weakness, I will try to think faster and decide faster. I think I need to understand that my actions cannot be perfect from every perspective and that I should do what I think is right. I should care less about what other people will think and say and whether my actions are wrong according to them. But ofcourse, I need to ensure that my actions are not hurting anyone. However, I should stop thinking what they will think about me.
