Answer:

Explanation:

  • An excellent source of potassium which is needed by the body.
  • The industry like all industries, employs people.
  • Bananas can be shipped from where they are grown to the rest of the world with a minimum of spoilage.
  • I have not seen the price in our major food stores (Canada) go up in price which is somewhat unusual. (77 cents a pound for I don't know how many years).
  • People who eat bananas do not get scurvy, so they must have Vitamin C in them.  (They do. I just looked it up).
  • They are high in Vitamin B6 which might interest people who get depression and other diseases.

What are the social aspects of medieval Japanese society?
Wittaler [7]
<span>Good Morning!

"Feudal" or "medieval" Japan had a social structure that merged with social and economic hierarchies. The Emperor was the top of social logic, having absolute power over the kingdom. Shogun was the military and political leader. The Daimyos, military nobles, represented the Shoguns, but they were subjugated by those. Beneath them were the well-known Samurai, loyal to the shoguns and daimyos. They were professional warriors and had social prestige, even though they had no voice in political decision making. Below them were the Ronin, a kind of socially unimportant samurai, serving as bodyguards or mercenaries. Peasants, artisans, and merchants made up the rest of the classes, most of the Japanese population at the time, generally poor and without any political power, were the basis of society, which had a mobility that was virtually impossible to achieve.

What are some reasons behind the great migration
cestrela7 [59]

Answer:

The great migration was a mass movement of African Americans during the first, and second, world wars. After being enslaved, and trapped in sharecropping in the Jim Crow south, African Americans were in a dire state of being used and taken advantage of, even after slavery had successfully been abolished. During the first world war, however, most white men were off in Europe fighting within the final year of the first world war. African Americans saw this as an amazing advantage to be able to break free of sharecropping and move farther north where there would be a greater chance for switching from agriculture to industry and factories. So, to recap, African Americans migrated north to escape sharecropping, escape the Jim Crow laws of the south, and become more advantageous in the industries of the north.
