Eating habits are very important. If your exercising all of the time, with little to no healthy food you won't get very far. You need to make sure that you eat enough from each of the food groups. If sugar tastes good it means that you're eating it to much. Sugar is good and it's in everything in corn syrup and in carbohydrates. Body builders eat a ton of protein, that's not going to keep your body healthy and give it the nutrition it needs, same as if you're a vegetarian.
Exercising is very important too. Same as with eating healthy if you eat healthy but don't exercise you're body is missing out on some good. Exercising can help you to clear you mind, stay in shape, feel better about yourself and start the day off better. Exercise even if you don't want to do some heavy workout to stay in shape, just some exercising can help you with so many things. Also, setting you clothes the day before for your exercise can help, so you can't try to get out of it.
Positive thinking can also increase your physical activity. By thinking that you can do it and that you will do it, you will. Being positive also makes it so that you will set a goal for yourself and you will then strive towards reaching it. Positivity also helps you to be a better person, as does exercising.
The last two paragraphs you can do. I'll give you an idea though for one you could do how having a buddy or a pet can help you because they encourage you. Or how the pet needs to go out.

to avoid judgement means clearing those thoughts in your head that declare you as "good" for eating lower-calorie foods or as "bad" for eating a cookie, burger or nachos. this internal voice develops these thoughts through years of dieting and exposure to messages in magazines, on television or from friends and family.
