A social factor can be described as any of those things that can affect a persons lifestyle. People who text and drive are those that have probably become so attached to the use of their messaging apps.

So while on the roads some of them are quick to forget where they are and observe road laws.

Texting while driving is composing and reading of any form of message while driving on the road. They are a leading cause of accidents and are considered as reckless and illegal acts.
