Molecules are a specific group of multiple atoms that create a unit that that can be seperated or divided. Compounds is a material that can be combined by multiple chemical elements. The differences are that elements is a basic substance that isnt able to be simplified, molecules are multiple atoms that are joined together , compounds is a substance that contains multiple elements.
