It happened during WW1 with Soviet Russia, Canada, Germany, Austria, and Poland Czechoslovakia, the United States and Hungary Great Britain, Burma, Ecuador, South Africa, Brazil, Uruguay, and Thailand (1932); Turkey and Cuba, and the Philippines. It then happened in WW2 with  France, Italy, Romania, Yugoslavia, and China.
