Any 3 obstacles are :-
1.Lack of job opportunities.
2.Increasing rate of corruption .
3.Youth being attracted by the foreign culture.

Solutions:-
1.Education should be provided to everyone compulsorily.
2.Importance of working for country should be involved in the curriculum.
3.Job opportunities should be created by government as well as private organizations.
