If you could plz help it would be greatly appreciated. Questions in picture :)
Pavel [41]

Notice that 8 can be written in exponential form of 2^{3}

When you see (2^{3} )^{\frac{8}{3} } , recognize that  (a^{m} )^{n} =a^{mn}

3 × \frac{8}3} = 8

Hence, the answer is 2^{8} . Which means 256.

Here is some indices rules/formulas you might find helpful as well:

a^{m} * a^{n} =a^{m+n} \\\\  a^{m} /a^{n} =a^{m-n} \\\\ (a^{m} )^{n} =a^{mn} \\\\ a^{-m} =\frac{1}{a^{m} }
