Hello, it depends on what you’re saying. I’m not too fluent, but I can try to explain the way I was taught.

For example, for ¡Hable! You could say “Yo hable español!” Which means “I spoke Spanish!”

For B ¡Hablando! You could say “Estoy Hablando español!” Which translates to “I’m speaking Spanish!”

For C. You could reply with “Yo Hablo Español!” Which means “I speak Spanish!”

And for D. It would be “La niña habla español!” Which translated to “The girl speaks Spanish!”
