The purpose of rules is to ensure that every thing run smoothly and safely. For kids in the school rules ensure that everybody is safe fair respectful and treated kindly. If you really think about it though rules are basically people covering their a**. Because it can be oh you can’t go to the roof level. And then if someone goes to the roof level and they have an any type of accident then that can be used against them to avoid a PR stunt.
So what I’m trying to say is that rules if I follow correctly they can be guidelines to help ensure everybody safety and fair treatment in but they can also ensure that if something were to happen to someone People can use the rules against them
