We know that it can travel 25 centimetres in 12 seconds. First, we break down the minute into seconds.

60/12= 5

______________________________

Now, multiply 25 by 5.

25x5=125

__________________________________

With this knowledge, we just have to convert the centimetres, to meters.

_______________________________

Your answer is 1.25 meters :)

No because if you could use distributive property you would do 5*7 then 5*10 then you would get 35*50 which equals 1,750 and if you do it like it’s set up you would do 7*10 first cause PEMDAS so parentheses first so 7*10 is 70 then 70*5 is 350 and that’s not even close to the other answer so no you can’t .

What is the property and how are the exponents combined?
saul85 [17]

Answer:

x^15

Step-by-step explanation:

x^3 * x^2  (x^3)^2 x^6

-------------------------------

x^2

First I will use the power of powers  x^a^b = x^(a*b)

x^3 * x^2  x^(3*2) x^6

-------------------------------

x^2

x^3 * x^2  x^(6) x^6

-------------------------------

x^2

Next we will use the multiplication rule x^a * x^b = x^(a+b)

x^(3 +2+6+6)

-------------------------------

x^2

x^(17)

-------------------------------

x^2

Next we will use quotient rule  x^a / x^b = x^(a-b)

x^(17 -2)

x^15
