Reason why video games get you bad grades

please make a list
MAXImum [283]
Well... personally it could go either way, Video Games don't intentionally drain to get bad grades specifically. However... I can think of a handful of reasons:

1. You preoccupy yourself with a game, causing your brain to manage and retain information that strays away from schoolwork, in other words causing you to not be able to easily remember your schoolwork from which you suffer in the end.

2. Games cause your mind to basically run wild, although it's good to have your imagination go wild or be active, it can also hinder productivity towards schoolwork causing you to slack off, think of other things, or stop focusing on your work.

3. Games are a fun entertainment source, so... after playing a game your mind may be more fixated on really wanting to return to that game that you again stop focusing or you slack off of work.

4. Final reason I could think of (that's valid) derives from occupation of time. When you play games you use up time that you could be using to productively study and raise your grades.

However, in self-defense solely studying for increasingly more difficult subjects is stressful and games are a way to relinquish that stress and cope with problems.

I hope this helps in someway, have a great rest of your day! ^ ^

What fluctuates in the fluctuation test of luria and delbrück?.

What is Luria–Delbrück experiment?

The Luria–Delbrück experiment also called the Fluctuation Test demonstrated that in bacteria, genetic mutations arise in the absence of selective pressure rather than being a response to it.

Therefore, resistant bacteria fluctuates in the fluctuation test of luria and delbrück.

Describe the idea of thinking of sentences as having both a ""surface structure"" and a ""deep structure"". Also answer the foll
wariber [46]

Deep structure is the underlying abstract structure that determines its semantic interpretation. Surface structure is the superficial organization of units that determines phonetic interpretation and relates to the physical form of actual oral expression, its perceived or intentional form. Important to remember that the deep and surface structure need not be identical. The underlying organization of a sentence, which is important for semantic interpretation, is not necessarily revealed by the actual arrangement and method of expression of its components.

The movement from the deep structure to the surface structure necessarily involves the process of deletion, generalization and distortion. Many important clues about the deep structure, however, are expressed and reflected in the structure of the verbal surface.
