Total multiple of 3 from  1 to 30 =  10 .

Probability = \frac{Favourble\ outcome}{Total\ number\ of\ outcome}

Probability = \frac{10}{30}

Probability =  \frac{1}{3}.

Therefore, probability that the integer chosen is divisible by 3 is  \frac{1}{3}.
