I believe it would be 12 months. How i got this answer was by dividing 55 by 4.5.

Even though it is a very vague explanation as to how i got the answer, I hope this helps you.<span />

Noah's cousin is exactly 7 years younger than Noah. Let M represent Noah's cousin's age in months and N represent Noah's age in
sashaice [31]

Answer:

1,if Noah is 15 his cousin is 8 or 96 months

2, and when Noah's cousin is 132 months or 11 years old Noah will be 18

3,n-[[7]12]=age of Noah's cousin

Step-by-step explanation:

1,15-7=8

1 part 2, 8*12=96

2,132/12=11

2 part 2,

11+7=18

3,n-[[7]12]=age of Noah's cousin

4,n+[7/12]

if n=18

18+[7/12]

or

18+0.5833=18.5833

The height of a pyramid is doubled, but its length and width are cut in half. What is true about the volume of the new pyramid?
Aleksandr [31]

Answer:

The new pyramid has a volume that is half the volume of the original pyramid.

Step-by-step explanation:

The volume of a pyramid is given by the following equation:

V = \frac{h*l*w}{3}

In which h is the height, l is the length and w is the width.

Modified volume:

height doubled, length and width cut in half. So

h = 2h, l = 0.5l, w = 0.5w

V_{M} = \frac{2h*0.5l*0.5l}{3} = \frac{0.5*h*l*w}{3} = 0.5\frac{h*l*w}{3} = 0.5V[/tex]

That is

The new pyramid has a volume that is half the volume of the original pyramid.

PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME IM DYING!!!!!
Afina-wow [57]
We know the area of the middle rectangle is 48 (length * width). removing that rectangle leaves us with two semicircles. you can combine those semicircles to be the equivalent of one circle. the area for a circle is r^2 * pi. we know the diameter is 4 because that is where we cut the semicircles. radius is half the diameter, so r is 2. 2^2 is 4, 4* pi is 12.56. add 12.56 (area of semicircles) with 48 (area of rectangle) and we get 60.56
