The villagers' lack of urgency suggests how difficult it was for many people to believe that Hitler could and would actually car

ry out his threat. Why do you think it is difficult for people to acknowledge something bad is going to happen to them? What could this say about the Jewish people living in Germany at this time?

Answer and Explanation:

1. People find it difficult to recognize that something bad is going to happen to them because of fear. Fear encourages us to reject the idea of the evil that can happen to us as a way of de-stressing us and preventing us from becoming too anxious. Denial is a way of rejecting evil and keeping us hopeful and confident.

2. The Jewish people were very afraid of what Nazism could do to them and even if their situation got worse by the minute, they believed that it would end at any moment and that it would not reach the point it reached. That thought was a way to stay strong and endure everything that was happening, despite the fear.

What are the three goals of a thesis
Law Incorporation [45]

Answer:

A thesis statement makes a promise to the reader about the scope, purpose, and direction of the paper. It summarizes the conclusions that the writer has reached about the topic. A thesis statement is generally located near the end of the introduction.

Explanation:

The thesis statement has 3 main parts: the limited subject, the precise opinion, and the blueprint of reasons. The limited subject tells the reader exactly on what, or whom the article focuses. The precise opinion gives your answer to a question about the subject.
