Study this drawing carefully and then write about it. Describe what you see. Then describe what you think the process was like i

n making it. Describe what pencils and shading techniques you think might have been used. You simply need to click the orange submit button to open the text window and then you will do all of your writing in the text window and submit when you are finished.
You should aim to write between 200 and 250 words, using proper grammar, punctuation and capitalization. In other words, write your best, like you are writing for an English class!

I find it very fascinating, due to the details, and the more closer you look, the more you realize the beauty of the work, and to me it’s like many different things put in 1 simple but same thing complex drawing.

It has to do with spirituality, symbolism, and tradition. It symbolizes putting a part of four peoples spirit into woodcut. It is a tradition for all four people to put their spirit into it.

The Japanese woodcut prints were created by a collaboration between four people: an artist, a publisher, a printer and a block cutter.
This print is known as ukiyo-e prints. It involved the division of labor as the Printer printed with water inks, the Publisher financed, the block cutter carved blocks and the artist drew the colors.
