Participating in extreme sports can help your cardiovascular system work properly and better because extreme sports usually are very taxing in terms of being an aerobic sport which also puts a lot of burden on the aerobic system. Another benefit would be not so health-related but more personal; doing extreme sports and being close to death - which can hppen - makes one more appreciative and aware of life and death.

Answer:

Simple. Person A adopted person B as his son...soon to realize he adopted his grandson. How could this happen? Person A's daughter died in a car crash, leaving person B an orphan. Person A was never told that Person B's mother had a son. About 5 years later, Person A decides he wants to adopt a boy. He goes to the local orphanage were all the wild children laid. There, he found Person B, not knowing who he was and what he had been through. Person A adopted Person B as his son and ta da! The mystery's of life.

1)Benefits of healthy eating.
i)Protects body againts diseases
ii)Reduce the risk of heart diseases
iii)Prevent obesity
iv)To build a sound body
v)To increase metabolism

To effectively lose weight we should eat a balanced diet.But we can add more fruits and vegetables. We can also excersise daily or go to the gym.

2)The reason to go on a diet is that the person has exceeded his weight limit.

3)2k calories of sugar and fatty foods is less healthy compare to 2k of well-balanced diet.Because high fat and sugar my cause heart disease.

5)Too skiny, need to gain more weight ^_^

6)BMI charts my not be correct is because if you are skinny and short the index may show that you are healthy.

7)Order different varieties of salads and high protein but less fatty foods.

PS:I cannot find the correct answer for number 4 because I had never learn the calorie in calorie out theory.Hope it helped,have a nice day!!^_^
