If baby is not breathing, then quickly put child on ventilator and provide supplement oxygen.

Further Explanation:

Fetal bradycardia is a medical problem in which the heart rate of fetal is become low. If the heart rate of a fetus is below 100 bpm in the first trimester this condition is referred to as bradycardia. Fetal bradycardia can be developed due to compression in the umbilical cord, hypoxia and maternal exertion.

Resuscitation is a primary procedure of correcting the physiological problem like trouble in breathing or lack of heartbeat. It is a significant part of trauma surgery, intensive care, and emergency medicine. The very famous example is mouth to mouth and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The steps in resuscitation include, firstly check the breathing rate in the child. If the child is not breathing then provide supplement oxygen or put on ventilation. If the child is above one year then mouth to the mouth can be provided to the child.

The next step in the resuscitation process is to check the heart beat of the new born and then apply positive pressure ventilation for the next thirty seconds. This is done because, new born usually respond with an increased heart rate when effective positive pressure ventilation is applied.
